Secure, Reliable Anchorage for Fall Protection and Suspended Access

Our Tieback Anchors are engineered to provide a dependable connection point for window washing, suspended scaffolding, fall protection and other facade access applications. Available in multiple configurations for concrete, steel, and rooftop installations, they ensure both safety and compliance with Cal-OSHA, OSHA and ANSI standards.

Anchor Application:

Requirements for Tieback Anchors depend on the application required. For example, Fall Protection Anchors need to be able to have no permanent deformation under required loads vs Window Washing Anchors which need to have no deformation under required loads. Meaning a Window Washing Anchor uses larger pipe dimensions vs a Fall Protection Anchor to support these requirements.

California has unique regulations under Cal-OSHA Title 8 which commands a larger anchor even in Fall Protection Applications.

Anchor Heights:

Anchors typically need to finish 8” above a finished roof membrane to support flashing requirements in line with most OEM’s roof warranties – please check with your roof manufacturer to confirm actual requirements.

Tieback Anchors come in 12”, 18” and 24” standard heights. Custom heights are available too.

Anchor Tops:

U-Bar – for Fall Protection Single Point Anchors.

Forged Eye – for Window Washing/Exterior Building Maintenance.

Cap Plate – for Horizontal Lifeline Attachment.
